My name is Scott Swinford, and I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and a licensed Indiana Loan Originator (NMLS# 138422) with Mortgage Professional Group, Inc. in Valparaiso, Indiana (NMLS# 132490). My goal as a CMPS is to help my clients use their mortgage as an investment tool to gain safety, security and a better rate of return than from a bank.
With that in mind, we are in a time in the lending environment when CREDIT IS KING. Without good credit, you will not only miss out on opportunities afforded by having good credit, but you will also be penalized and punished by having to pay more in interest on mortgages, auto loans, and credit cards, as well as higher insurance costs.
