To add salt to the injuries, another local business has been hurt by the road construction project in Hebron Indiana.
According to a Post Tribune article, the Patz market on Rt. 2 in Hebron may be closing after over 50 years in business.
That’s unfortunate for the residents of Hebron who were inconvenienced for a very long time with the ongoing road construction project on Rt. 2 that runs north and south through town. While to project is completed and seems to function as well as it looks, a lot of businesses were hurt by the limited traffic.
Lets hope that Jeff and Annmarie Patz and the other businesses can survive now that the roadway is open. Hebron is a very nice small town that deserves to have a good business base.
On a positive note, the Dairy Queen is open again!
