Just a quick update today for you Indiana home buyers.

If you are hoping to partake in the $8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit being offered by the government, you need to act soon. Your loan needs to be CLOSED by November 30 and I would not wait until the last minute to hope that the lenders can push the loan through and the title companies can actually close the loan.

Do yourself a favor and act now!

Yes… there has been some talk in congress about extending the time on the credit and even opening it up to current homeowners with a larger credit, but that is all speculation right now. There is no guarantee that it will happen.

I guess if you’re feeling lucky, then roll the dice…
